Cancellation Policy

We understand that things come up! To keep things simple and fair, we ask that all appointments have a card on file—it won’t be charged unless you no-call, no-show. Please cancel at least 48 hours before your appointment or reschedule with 24 hours’ notice. Same-day reschedules will incur a 50% fee. No-call, no-shows are responsible for the full payment. Your cooperation helps us serve all of our wonderful clients with care and flexibility.
